Aromatherapy
A soft-medium relaxing full body massage therapy. Our therapists use essential oils and candles to create a very relaxing environment during your treatment. Essential oils can also help with healing process if you have pain in the body,any kind of anxiety,fatigue and sleeping disorders. Apart from providing a pleasant smell, aromatherapy oils can provide respiratory disinfection, decongestant, and psychological benefits.
Sports massage/Deep tissue
Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains,body pains and sports injuries. Deep tissue is also good for those who do sports as it eases tension on the body. It aims to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Our massage therapist will slowly press with their fingers,palms and elbows into the skin with pressure. Firm strokes are used to target the deep tissues.
